What we do before scheduling in an installation
How we get your project started
After getting in touch with our admin team at Cherry Roofline, by either contacting us online or by phone and discussing the details of your project, we will carry out the following;
- If a survey is required, a member of our team will contact you via phone or email to arrange a time for them to come and visit you at home.
- Upon arrival, our surveyor will take detailed measurements of your home and assess all areas of access to determine which equipment is required for installation. This ensures we're able to provide you with an accurate quote for the work. When doing this, we will also discuss what options are available and what materials would be best. You will then be given an estimated timescale for the work to be completed.
- Within 5 working days you will receive a proposal and quotation via email and post.
- If you're happy with our quote and agree to go ahead with the installation, we will request a deposit, arrange a date for work to commence and provide you with a schedule of the work.
